PepsiCo needed an agile solution to centralize and activate first-party data (1PD) from its loyalty app, KazandiRio. Partnering with OMD and TRKKN, they implemented Google’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) for Action, automating segmentation and real-time activation in Google Ads.
